Step1. Gather all required supporting documents
- ①Prepare the supporting documents for the digital certificate category as specified in the requirements page.
- ②Your application will be only approved after fulfilling all the requirements. Please make sure to meet all the requirements to get service.
- ③Your application will be rejected if you upload the wrong supporting documents.

Step2. Face-to-face authentication
- ①Provide your telephone number.
- ②The RA manager will conduct face-to-face authentication via a video call (Skype, WhatsApp, etc.)
- ③The legal agent should bring the ID card and the mandation document (A signed and notarized power of attorney authorizing the applicant), when he or she visits the RA office.

Step3. Reference number and Authorization codes
- ①After getting the application, the registration office verifies all the submitted documents. Your application will only be approved if all the requirements are met.
- ②If approved, you will receive an email with reference number and authorization code to use in digital certificate issuance.
