Secure Rwanda’s cyberspace and information assets using public key infrastructure (PKI) technology.
Mission
  1. •To create Trust in Electronic Transactions.
  2. •To heighten efficiency and stability of e-Government and e-Commerce services.
  3. •To ensure Authenticity, Data Integrity, confidentiality and Traceability in every transaction, thereby improving Governance.
  4. •To develop germane technology that may be necessary to further the use of electronic transactions in all sectors of economy.
